Virtual Production Pioneer Tom Shelburne as Vice President of Sales

Tampa, FL (April 12, 2023) - Vū (vu.network) today announced it has recruited industry veteran Tom Shelburne as Vice President of Sales. In his new role, Shelburne will be specializing in virtual production sales development for all of Vū Technologies, comprising of the Vū Studio Network. His focus will also include system integration strategies and custom virtual production design services for Vū’s strategic partners.

Shelburne’s timely arrival comes after years of developing business for major virtual production vendors like Vizrt, Mo-Sys and Pixotope. His television experience spans decades including Technical Directing (5 Sports Emmys with NBC Sunday Night Football) to engineering one of the first fully automated TV news operations in the country. Shelburne’s depth of technical experience and virtual production expertise offers him a unique perspective – an absolute asset in leading customers to discover their optimal workflow solutions.
